Corny cheap ingredient mess. Ice cold its passable, but otherwise this stuff is vile.

Originally rated August 2005. This really cheap Canadian swill pours a light golden colour with a white foam head that dissipates at a medium pace. Its carbonation is quite lively with tiny bubbles. The nose is quite malty with some biscuit in the background. Some lacing by patch is left on the glass. The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly creamy with a thin edge. Mostly bread and biscuit is tasted, with a bit of corn and hop in the aftertaste. Just like the description; clean, crisp and refreshing.

Okay white head, boring gold and carbonated body. Aroma of perfumy lemon and bread. Flavour is sweet lemon and fruity grains with a smooth but slightly sick mouthfeel. This isn’t as bad as I expected, but I wouldn’t drink it again.

Pours yellow with crap head. Typical mediocre aroma. Taste is grainy there is a modicum of hops. Overall just bland and slightly sweet.

(Can 35,5 cl) Fairly decent straw golden, no head to speak of. I think I detect a whiff of malt in the aroma - or was it just a dream? Not much body, but perhaps a little more than in my prior experiences with Canadian swill. Grainy, sweetish, cereal-like. Hops? What hops? 040792

Cannette.

Swillfest ’04: Sour aroma with grass and blackberries. Fizzy body obfuscates whatever flavours might have been there - grains I guess. Lousy, even by swill standards.
