Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a huge, frothy and lacing off-white head. Spicy, dry, catpeeish hop aroma. Medium body, dry and minerally fruitiness with some bitter grapefruit accents. rather bitter finish. Quite nice this one. 180225

Bière dénichée chez le caviste du coin, de style Session IPA. Robe jaune légèrement trouble avec une levure en suspension visible. Mousse correcte à l'origine, mais qui réduit rapidement pour ne laisser qu'une fine pellicule. Nez dominé par des notes citronnées, fraîches mais un peu simples. En bouche, une attaque citronnée et herbeuse, mais rapidement éclipsée par une acidité trop marquée et mal intégrée, ce qui rend l'ensemble déséquilibré. Le corps est moyen, mais cette acidité gâche l'expérience. Peu convaincante dans son genre. Une déception.

Süffiger, bitter-hopfiger Beginn, etwas brotig, Getreide. Erfrischend, leider nimmt der Hopfen schnell ab, deutlich ansteigende Bitterkeit. Ok. 9/7/8/7/9/7

Bottle at picnic. Hazy light golden with fizzy white head. Citrus, grapefruit, grassy, light malts, bread crust. Soft flowers and some more citrus hops. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Just medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation.
