Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours a slightly hazy light golden colour with a large fluffy white head. Aromas of grains, hay and white bread. Taste is more grains, hay, toasty bread, biscuits and some peppery spice. Malty but with light earthy hops on the finish. Medium to full body with low carbonation. Not bad but a bit boring.

Fläschla: Golden, clear, smaller persistent white head, visible corporation, moderate sweetish grainy to malty nose with a mineralic twist; mild to moderate sweet flavour, light bitterness detectable; suite light bodied for a Maerzen, at least soft; sweetish grainy/malty finish with a germain delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. Decent brew, but pretty tame by franconian standards...

Gold with a frothy, white head. Herbal aroma with a hint of bubblegum. Taste is stale bitter with hints of metal and booze, and leaves me feeling thirsty. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Not the best.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange with a foamy head. Toast, orange peel, sourdough, hay, yeast, grassy hops, overripe fruits (banana, pear). Yeasty fruity sweetness, mild dry bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry sweet finish. Decent, not too exciting.

Rittmayer Annafestbier, Flasche von Fristo, Höchstadt. - Kupfergold, schwach trüb. - In der Nase wenig festliches, schwach brotiges und matt karamelliges Malz und blasse fruchtig-herbe Hopfung. - Antrunk süßlich-schwer toastig-malzig mit überreifer herber Frucht und breiter aber wenig aromatischer Bittere. Leicht fuselige Süße, Hefe. Milder rezent, zu deutlicher Alkohol. Fruchtig-herber Abgang mit leicht pfeffriger Hopfennote. - Wenig gediegenes, eher unrundes Festbier - Rittmayer halt ... Bottle @ Getränkemarkt in the Hallerndorf area. Perhaps in Ahlfeld. Pours clear Golden with a small White head. Clean. Grass and grain with a bit of bready malts. A touch of sweet marzipan - the 5,6% alcohol. Only slight thankfully. Crisp, clean and dry. Excellent

50cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of strong biscuit malt, grains, straw. Taste of mid sweet dry grainy malt, biscuit, mild bitterness.
