Can. An unclear dark orange-golden beer with a nice looking off-white head. Honey Corn, banana, wort and some fruityness in the aroma. Some white bread and a hint of lemon. It's thin on the palate, smooth, with a good carbonation. Wort flavor with some white bread, overripe banana and a hint of lemon. Honey notes. Medium length finish. Rather awful. 240627

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy orange to brown. Foamy white head. Nose - wheat, black banana and lightly metallic. Taste - similar, yeast and metallic. Palate - creamy then thin and dry. Overall - so so.

0,5 can.Traditional Paulaner appearance. The beer is just as beautiful when poured as the basic wheat, the highlight is the beautiful thick white large head. The aroma is only malt, as with other "free" beers. Strong yeast and malt aroma, no hops. The carbonation is good, the body is also okay. It opens sweetly, malty, and then you can also smell fruity banana and orange notes. The aroma of the sugared malt remains, very strong, along with yeast. Interesting, and much more drinkable than other zero beers.

Hagyományos Paulaner megjelenés. A sör kitöltve ugyanolyan szép mint az alap búza, kiemelendő a csodaszép sűrű fehér nagy hab. Illatra csak malátát érezni itt is, mint a többi "mentes" sörnél. Erőteljes élesztő és maláta illat, komló semmi. Szénsavassága jó, testesség is rendben. Édesen, malátásan nyit, majd azért érezni gyümölcsös banános, narancsos jegyeket is. A lecukrosodott maláta illata megmaradt, nagyon erőteljesen, élesztővel együtt. Érdekes, és sokkal ihatóbb a többi nullás sörnél.

Cloudy orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of banana, malty, wort, grains, lots of cow fodder, meh. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, ripe to overripe banana, very malty, grains, cow fodder, hay. Aftertaste: more sugary, malty, gentle bitterness, unripe banana, metallic, banana peel, more malty, meh.

Trüb orange im Glas. Geruch - na ja, wenn ich im Supermarkt an einer Obstschale schnüffele und die riecht so, dann lass ich sie sicherheitshalber lieber stehen. Geschmacklich dann auch keine Offenbarung. Überkochte und vergorene Früchte, leeres, süßliches Malz und ein kleiner Spritzer Zitronensaft. Nicht zu wässrig, hat eigentlich ne ganz gute Dichte für ein alkoholfreies Bier. Alles in allem nicht direkt widerwärtig, aber doch ein gewaltiges Stück von dem Punkt entfernt an dem Biertrinken beginnt Spaß zu machen. Hab das „Paulaner Hefeweissbier Alkoholfrei“ mit 0,3 % Alk. und das „Paulaner Weißbier Alkoholfrei 0,0%“ direkt hintereinander verkostet und kann nur marginale Unterschiede feststellen. Das 0,0 % finde ich einen winzigen Hauch besser, da ein kleines bisschen harmonischer, etwas bitterer und weniger sauer.
