330ml can. Pours pale gold, small white head, decent retention/lacing. Aroma of the dank citra hops and the infused elderberry and lime do come through; ok Taste is a pleasant but dulled floral, herbs, citrus and zesty lime peel. A fairly strong bitterness. The flavouring itself is too subtle, you can tell its there, but it needs to be more prevalent as its nice enough but still a bit bland. Body is light but not watery - ok for a 4.4% pale. Carbonation is quite zingy which is fine for a light body. Overall an average pale but I quite enjoyed it.

Can at home picked up from Aldi. A very clear mid golden coloured pour with a decent white froth. Aroma is cerela grains, some straw, faint flora, little thin, white grape. Flavour is composed of pils grains, straw, grassy hop, green opal fruits, thin grains. Palate is crisp, grainy, thin, moderate carbonation. Fine.

Clear blond colour with lasting head. Not bad. It has floral notes and a little citrus as promised. Decent bitterness too.

Can from Aldi. It pours crystal clear gold with a foamy white head. The aroma is quite fresh, sweet elderflower, daisies, hay, zingy, lime peel and slight soapiness. The taste is dry and pretty clean upfront, pithy, citrus zest, sweet elderflower, grassy, slightly metallic, soapy and dull biscuit character with a dry, pithy finish. Average body and moderate foamy carbonation. I quite like the aroma, although there is something a bit soapy/metallic about the taste.

330ml can from Aldi. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, hints of lime. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light tart citrus, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Great value for a supermarket cheapie.

Can from local Aldi. The lime comes out well in the nose of this one. Pours a rich lemon yellow with a transient white head. Low carbonation. Lime again in the taste plus some hops when it his the back of the throat. All with an underlying bubbliness – I guess that’s the elderflower ? Lime and butter in the finish. Not my sort of beer, but quite nice.
