Bottle from De Bierliefhebber. Aroma is roasted malt with chocolate, mocha, wood, some smoke and liquorice, a little spiciness from the wood. Flavour is medium sweet and bitter with a full body. Well-rounded Imperial Stout, the wood adds a welcome dimension.

Bottle. Pours opaque soy black with tiny brown head. Aroma is intense rotated malt, soy sauce, peated malt, hickory smoked barbequed chicken, vanilla and prunes. Taste is very sweet, light to medium bitter, faint acidic and light salty. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and sweet with woody, smoked, creamy notes of caramel, soy sauce, liquorice, vanilla and smoked ham. Good sweetness and well balanced

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2020) im 2020-11 getrunken. Auch dieses Stout der Schweden hat fette Schokoladen-Aromen mit einer wunderbaren, cremigen Mundgefühl. Toll!

Bottle, 11%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, wood, caramel and espresso. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, wood, sweet, little liquorice, dark chocolate and medium bitter.
