0.375l bottle. Hazy dark brown body with a thin beige head. Aroma of cocoa, vanilla, wood, apples and some prunes. Taste of cocoa, prunes, raisins, wood, quince and a bit of booze. Smooth, silky beer. I have a thing for Chimay beers, but this is great even comapred to the others. Awesome.

Another nice barrel edition with Mr Blue Dark pour and a fine tan head Good intensity in the aroma Tad sweet this one.. Mellow fine carbonation level Dark malt, fruity, vanilla, toffee and oak in the flavor [Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Norway]

Dark brown colour with thin head. Aroma of dried fruits and a little nuttiness. Flavour has a sweet note of malts, raisins and dates. The woody dryness of the barrel is very noticeable and pleasant.

375ml wire corked bottle, kindly shared by Finn. Creamy, dense off-white head that stayed fine over a dark brown body. Fair lacing. Inviting stewed fruits and caramel on the nose. Mid-sweet vanilla taste, impacts of prunes, caramel, and bread. Woody. Lingering dried fruity ending, lightly roasted. Full bodied. Enjoying sipper early on a Saturday afternoon. (Tromsø 23.01.2021).
