Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Clear gold. Sudsy, white head. Aroma has a light, spicy fruitiness, not unlike a hot cross bun. Some grassiness in the background. Taste is spicy bitter. Some sweet on the lips. Smooth body with soft carbonation. Finishes long, soft, spicy bitter.

Tutti-fruity and perfume on aroma. Tastes like orangeade. Lemons, citrus and orange peel.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cask. Lightly hazy amber beer, few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is light and dry with modest fine carbonation. Light malts not that sweet. The Enigma hops present here as skunky with a trace of herb and a little marmalade. Dry finish. A bit on the dry side but quite drinkable.
