Keg at CBC CG. It pours clear pink-purple with a small off-white head. The nose is fresh and tangy, sweet-sour, blueberry, perfumed, earth and a touch of spice. The taste is sweet-sour, tangy blueberry, earth, floral/parma violet vibe, bready/cakey action and some tart lemon zest with a short, dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Interesting but not quite as tart and refreshing as the other phantoms. OK anyhow.

Good but still a bit too much lactose and microbes. Give it a bit more time and it will be ace. Good tartness

Keg at the craft beer co holburn. Translucent reddy pink coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is spicy berry, light , lavender floral, perfume, citrus. Flavour is composed of crisp light dough perfume, tangy, dry berry, palate is dry and crisp, highish carbonation. Lingering floral perfume.

Keg at CBC St Giles, 02/11/15. Reddish purple topped with a decent crimson cap. Nose is sweet, floral notes, blueberries, straw, light lemon drizzle. Taste comprises tangy blueberry, damp hay, light balsa wood, tangy berry compote, parma violets, faint citric pissoi. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modicum of puckerage. Ok ’Linner, a touch too floral and sweet for my liking, this is no 14K bier for Fucks sake !!!

Keg at CBC CG - London. Pours clear red-gold with a creamy head. Tangy berries and herbs, perhaps some tangy blueberries. Light sweet flavor with tangy berries, lemon, crumb cake, tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and tart on the finish, some slight rindy bitterness. Good stuff.
