Cask at Claret & Ale, Croydon. It pours clear amber with a well - appointed off-white head. The aroma is fresh, rather juicy, elderflower, elderberry, grapefruit, peach, white bread and cereal. The taste is crisp, rather bitter, toasted grain, resin, grapefruit, orange peel, bread, biscuit malt, elderflower with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Great cask condition. Good level of bitterness and fruit. A solid cask ale.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear amber. Thin beige head. Slighly yeasty. Decent malt. Some hop. it’s an ok yeast led premium bitter. Hops are decent. Ok
