A vibrant golden ale brewed using Columbus, Cascade and Chinook hops. The aroma hints of tropical fruits and the bitterness is fresh and similarly fruity. There is a big hop finish at the end!

Really crazily bitter. Grapefruit and citric acid. Lemon juice. Melons. So much bittering

Cask at Cafe Beermoth. Pours clear yellow-gold with a thick, creamy white head. The aroma holds rindy citrus, lemon and tangerine, some dry pale malts, hints of grain. Light sweet flavour with grassy bitterness, more lemon rind, dry pale bread, hay, biscuit. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Quenching finish, with more pale bread, citrus fruits, grassy and rindy bitterness. A good SIPA.
