Packed full of juicy new world hops both in the boil and then dry hopped. Huge amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Jade and Waimea give this IPA a big hit of bitter gooseberry.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours unclear gold with a foamy, white head. Has some restrained citrus fruit character, rindy bitterness, husky pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation; alright condition. Finishes with notes of melon, tangerine, more rindy bitterness dry pale malts. Decent overall.

Hazed deep golden color with a bubbly white head. Dotted lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a smooth carbonation level. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Citric hoppy, pine, resin and fruity flavor. Decent and tasty ipa.

Chelmsford Winter Beer Fest (with Rune, Rasmus, Saxo and Camons) @ KEGS. Cask. Light haze on this amber beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Fluffy floral sweetness and ripe tropical fruits. A trace of milky sweetness. Little citric peel. Light floral citric finish. Decent, just that mild milky sweetness providing distraction.

Gravicask, third at Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Medium pearl white head. Clear golden-brown body. Inviting fresh fruit hoppy smell. Flavoured with tropical fruits and juicy malts followed by a rounded dry bitter tail. Medium bodied. Pretty nice (15.02.2017).
