With its burst of passion fruit and hint of mint, Sombrero starts a fiesta in your mouth that you won’t want to stop. Tipping its wide brimmed hat to its European saison roots, its flavour transports you to Mexico for a party that lasts to the bottom of your glass.

Cask at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is light passionfruit. The flavour is herbal, light sweet, with a yeasty, light bubblegum, juicy tart passionfruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Very hazy gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light malts. An overarching floral bitterness. Passion fruit and grapefruit. Light finish. A little bitter but not bad at all.
