Award winning new recipe. A light golden colour with a high proportion of wheat and corn giving it a clean fresh taste on top of which there is masses of hop, fruit and citrus flavours with elderflower on the nose.

500 ml. bottle @ Bonnie Prince. Golden, white head. Nose is perfume, oily, sweet candy. Taste is plastic, butter, grain, massively sweet grain, creamy plastic, poor.

Cask @ MBar (Dowans Hotel & Restaurant), Aberlour. Golden, clear, white foam. Aroma: fruit, malt, honey, flowers (elder). Taste: slightly carbonated, malt, light fruitiness, a bit of citrus, light earthiness, elderberry, rather an amateur.

Cask at Winking owl, smallish creamy head, clear gold colour, aroma of mineral and almond with a verly light breadiness, flavor of light bread, flowers, almond and a mellow herbal bitterness. Nice and enjoyable.

Cask at Bothy Bar, Kinlochleven. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lemon curd, white bread and candies lemon. The taste is crisp, clean, bread, fresh lemon, soft sweetness, lemon curd, candied peel, toasty grain, cereal and a touch of icing sugar with a dry finish.Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and quafable cask gold.

Pale golden colored, clear, small+ white head, good lasting and nice lacing. Aroma is of malt, biscuit, citrus and lemongrass. Taste is medium- sweet malt, biscuit, lemon, lemongrassy medium- bitterness, dry finish and after, bit metallic. Light to medium bodied, soft+ carbonation.
