Draft. A deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, over ripe fruits, prunes, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, brettanomyces, and wood, leading to a dry finish.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Mild and pleasant sour aroma. Med ++ body. Flavor is mild sour with wood and light hop. Very woody finish for me. Liking it a lot. Deadly drinkable.

Brown, pretty flat and no foam. Tastes sourish, nice sweet caramel and fruits somewhere behind. Heavier but alcohol is well hidden, no way this is 12%. Fully enjoyable.

Dark purple color, super sour tons of blackberries, Tons of oak in the mouth with black berries, spicy, the oak is French and over the top. For 12% it is intense. I love this stuff .

On tap at the Taphouse. Good warmer after a wet ride. Pours flat, but still waters run deep. Dark brown/ruby body, no head. Sour aroma, but flavor adds heaps of side notes; wood, plums, berries. Finishes bitter and dry. Nice!
