Dan's Stag. Bag O Nails. Cask, served over slumbering mogs! Almost clear gold - amber beer, patchy thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Thin malts, dry, mildly sweet. Ripe orange and a fair dose of apple. Dry finish. Lame. Don't think this is in good nick!

Cask at Bag O Nails. It pours clear deep amber - brown with a medium beige head. The aroma is toasty grain, sponge cake, bready, gingerbread, and orange peel. The taste is fresh, bready, orange sponge cake, lemon drizzle cake, bready, cakey, spice and light metal with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Decent enough gear, if a bit chewy.

Typical well-made Gazza beer even though I'm not a fan of the hop.
