A classic, American style pale ale.
Our Pride & Joy is pale, crisp, very hoppy and aromatic. Robust hop flavours are layered over a balanced malty backbone. Initially soft to the palate, Pride & Joy builds to a generous, but clean bitterness. Flavours and aromas of mango, citrus, earthy pine, tropical fruit & blueberry.

Can @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca leggera, poco persistente. Al naso note agrumate, di resina, mango, leggera cicoria. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale amaro fiacco. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non freschissima e gli manca lo spunto amaro.

Tap at the Draft House Seething Lane. Alright. Real ale kind of yeastiness, sweet maltiness. Bit of lemon and other fruitiness but not so prominent. Nice bitterness and a touch of spritz, but something not quite there for me.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, orange gold, with minimum foam. Aroma is fresh and tropical, slight lemon/citrus. Body is kind of thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderate in both sweetness and bitterness. Finish is somehow long with moderate bitterness.

Clear orange beer, thick creamy off-white head, little stable, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit malty, bit metallic, grains, bit soapy, fruity notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soapy bitterness up front, nice bitterness, citrus, grapefruit, bit sweet, malty, caramel, bit resinous. Aftertaste: fruity, some tropical fruits, resinous hops, caramel, note the best APA, but not bad either.

Color dorado con espuma blanca, retención media alta. Aroma con notas frutales con predominio al mango maduro. Sabor tropical, mango, algo de piña y pomelo, amargor leve. Final denso y cremoso con predominio de notas tropicales.
