This is our brewery’s Heart & Soul.
Created to have all the hoppy goodness of an IPA, but brewed to a sessionable strength. Its intense fruit-salad character comes from generous additions of US West Coast hops. A full bodied and fruity beer, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple & mango.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.4%. Pale golden colour, only slightly hazy. Large white head. Strong aroma of tropical fruits, esp. mango and passionfruit. Tropical fruit salad in the flavour too, moderate sweetness, piney bittering hops in the finish.

Golden color with a fine white head on top. Ok lacing. Looks good. Mellow and fine hoppy and fruity aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Balanced sweetness and a nice bitterness. Long tail and a semi dry texture. Grapefruit hoppy, tropical fruity and pine in the flavor. Nice malty backbone. Pleasant and dangerously session able beer.

Can. Golden beer with a strong frothy head, going to bubbly. The aroma is grassy hopped with some yeastiness. The flavour is bitter and hopped with a citric undertone. Overall an average IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from Asda. Deep gold in colour and hazy, with a creamy, off-white, head and moderate carbonation. Robust tropical fruits, some biscuity malts, hint of caramel and grassy hop kick, leading to a lingering, dry, finish. Very good.

Can from Tescos. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Aromas of apricot, lemon, lime, grapefruit. Nice nose. Flavours of melon, baked apple, lots of grapefruit. Bitter citrus linger. Long hoppy finish. Very tasty.

(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 20 April 2017) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit and a touch of resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, resin and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
