Mizzle means to disappear in a misty drizzle and it's also our interpretation of the New England IPA style. Mizzle in name and nature.
Hop additions occur during whirlpool ensuring subtle bitterness and malt and yeast selection ensures creamy mouthfeel that drizzles over your tongue. Extensive dry hopping maximises the fresh tropical hop bite.
Malts: Extra Pale, Golden Promise, Oats, Wheat
Hops: Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic

Draft at Vinny & Ted, Chalfont St Peter. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is tropical citrus and light stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, malt, earthy, herbal, light tropical citrus, pineapple, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Keg at CBR 2018. Pours murky gold with a bubbly, white head. A little dank in the snout, some ripe lemon, mango, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour, pithy, with a little mineral dryness, pale bread, touches of yeast, more lemon and grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Meaty hops in the finish, more pale bread, modest rindy bitterness, lemon peel, pithy grapefruit. Not bad.
