This super easy drinking session beer has been brewed using a late addition of Mosaic hops and then dry hopped with even more Mosaic, Citra and Cascade! The grist bill was a combination of Lager Malt, Oats and Wheat which compliment each other to create a balanced base for the hops to shine through. The aroma and flavour combine together all the elements of each hop perfectly; Grapefruit from the Mosaic, Lime from the Citra and floral from the Cascade. Enjoy your glass of golden Elixir!

Hazy yellowish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Smooth malts, mildly sweet, only a vague lager character. Mild softish. Modest citrus. Smooth semi dry finish. Clean and wet, goes down okay.

Bright and silly clean. So light and so drinkable. Really well-balance no tw nonsense. Excellent beer.
