Cask at Nags Head, 28th July 18, with the beast, pours black. Aroma is perfume, aromatic. Taste is sweet, light bitter, it would be better on keg, a little warm and flat on Cask. It's OK

Cask @ Bridge Tavern, Newcastle [010518]
A5, N4, T4, P3, O8
Very dark brown, dense beige head
Aroma - Soft herbal, getting bad of butterscotch, not keen on aroma
Taste of soft sweet dark malts, herbal piney hops, more herbal with the drinking, much less citrus, poor tasting beer
Palate - Medium body, smooth rich texture, bit sticky sweet malts, fairly bitter hops
Overall - Not keen on this recipe at all ... rare for Arbor ... discarded this

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at Gloucester Beer Festival 27 April 2018. Dark brown, with a thin, beige, head. Citrus hops, some sweet bready malts, touch of berry fruit, slight toastiness and a dry finish. Enjoyable.

Cask at Gloucester Beer Festival. Almost black with a small white head. Hoppy aroma, tropical and citrus fruits with some roast and chocolate malt notes. Taste is sweet tropical and citrus, dark chocolate, some roasted malt bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Pretty decent, perhaps a tad sweeter than expected.
