When you're going big, go for the big boy hops. El Dorado and Simcoe are frequently used hops here at PBCHQ and for good reason. These stateside big hitters showcase a tonne of pear, watermelon and stone fruit notes a-plenty from El Dorado, paired up beautifully with mango, guava and a citrus edge from Simcoe in our celebration of all things new school. Wrapped up in a metric tonne of LA3 for maximum haze, this is an IPA with plenty of bite to back up its bark.

Keg pint at The Pheasant Inn & Brewery, Wellington Shropshire on Christmas Eve 2020. Golden orange body, hazy, white head. Bitter Marmalade aroma and taste, other tropical/citrus fruits were in attendance. Nice!

Can at home. Cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Tropical fruity aroma with mango and papaya and a touch of citrus. Sweet fruity flavour.

Tap @ Peders, Copenhagen. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 120919

Can picked up at Kihoskh and shared at home (29/05/2019) - hazy golden orange pour with a white head. Fruity with notes of tangerine and grapefruit, some nice green grassy and piney hoppy notes coming in, light hoppy spice, medium body, light bitter hoppy finish.

From keg at Pursuit of Hoppiness, Exeter, Devon, on tour to 22 Southern counties with OGJ and EE 04.01.19. Cloudy straw colour. Strong aroma and taste of mango juice and tropical fruit juice. True to style.
