Bottle shared @home (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note vinose e di frutta gialla, citriche, stalla, cantina, formaggio, leggero balsamico. In bocca è acida media, vinosa, succosa, un filo tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Veramente ottima.

750 ml bottle, Cuvée 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.7%. Slightly hazy golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of aged white wine, oak, farmhouse, gueuze lambic. Medium sour flavour, notes of brettanomyces, oak, moderate \"spicy\" saison yeast, moderate hops.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Unclear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon, tart and funk. Flavour is malt, fruit, lemon, tart, funk, medium sweet, citric, little grapefruit and a little dry.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours hazy golden with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, light sourness, barnyard, tart fruit, grapes, oak. Flavor is light sour, malt, barn, tart fruit, green grapes, wet wood. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 010220

Keg at Sussex Yard Party at Dark Star. At what point does a saison become a geuze and here we are testing those limits with all the lambic chucked in. A delicious beer; not all that differnt in flavour in my humble opinion from the rustique. delicious i alla fall.

Tap at Siren Barista event, 18th May 19. Pours haze and orange. Aroma is tart fruit, taste is complex, tart fruit, barrel notes, stone fruit, sour fruity finish. Lovely
