0,33 flaske på Wright Brothers Oyster Bar (Borough Market) aug--19, sammen med Steven: Klar strågul med kort skum. En herlig, syrligfrisk ganerenser som passet perfekt til den grillede makrellen. Mat og drikke går opp i en høyere enhet.

[9/6/2018] Draught at Redchurch in London. Cloudy yellow. Lacto, yogurt, a bit of pickled vegetables, fruitiness, tart, lemony. Nice and refreshing.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours hazy yellow with a thin, foamy white head. Pretty refreshing, nice assertive acidity, lemon and grapefruit. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, drying acidity, more lemon character, nips of orange. Nice one.
