Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Soft haze on a pale gold. Slim ring of white head. Nose has light brett. Touch of fusty lemon. Some grapefruit rind. Some goat milk cheese. Nice twang of fruity red wine. Taste has a touch of sweetness, but is mostly dry, lightly tart, and fruity. Soft on the palate with a moderate acidity. Fine carbonation. Light tartness to finish, but not without a flicker of sweetness. Great stuff.
