IPA with Double Dry Hopping of Azacca, Mosaic and SImcoe hops. Yellowish in colour with orange notes with some turbidity and creamy and persistent foam. In mouth it has a silky and creamy texture provided by wheat and oatmeal. In aroma and taste we find notes of citrus and peach characteristic of these varieties of hops. For fermentation, we used yeast Kveik originally from Norway, which paradoxically ferments at temperatures close to 40 degrees Celsius more typical of the Mediterranean summer, giving to the beer a touch of dryness and citrus.

10/IX/20 - on tap @ Bar Beenhouwer (Gent), BB: n/a (2020-884)

Pretty cloudy deep blond to beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit dank, hoppy, slightly chemical, some onions, little dirty, funky, some grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: slightly sour, nice bitterness, oranges, some citrus, very grassy, bit resinous, very bitter. Aftertaste: dry, resinous, bit grassy, hoppy, fruity touch, grapefruit peel, bit watery, dusty, decent but not the best.

Can at home. Lightly hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is malts, hops, fruitiness of orange and unripe nectarines. Flavor is malts, it also reminds me of unripe citrus fruits a little with a light underlying sweetness. Average body and carbonation. Mwah.
