Wytrawny, winogronowy w odbiorze flandersik z dosc wysoka kwasnoscia, spora owocowoscia. Bardzo dobry acz moze kapke za intensywny zeby nazwac chlalnym. Ale do siorbania sups, plus ryli owocowosc na tyle wysoka ze sprawdzalem, czy nie dodane winogrona np

Lot 1070. Nicely reddish. Smells woody. Tastes nicely tart and pretty fruity. Very fresh, nicely vinous, some sweetness balances the sour. Lots of wine barrel going on, and exceptionally balanced. Bit of cherries, maybe? Morpheus for sure, but no peach.

Clear deep orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, metallic impression, bit fruity, quite some vinegar, sharp smell, little funky, dirty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, fruity, very lemony, some vinegar, oranges, sharp acidity. Aftertaste: vinegar, funky, some overripe fruits, bitter touch, sharp acidity, some tannins, dry finish, little yeasty.

Clear red brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: oxidized, fruity, sherry, madeira, aramel, soft acidity, hint of vinegar on warming up, some red fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, lots of fruity notes, peaches, apricots, red currants, very fruity, very complex, very enjoyable! Aftertaste: acidic, bit lemony, some tannins, lots of fruits, more tannins, red currants, some raspberries, bit metallic.
