Pours a clear copperbrown. Small to no white head. Scent is full, fleshy and oak, typical alvinne yeast, but also very recognizable in it's style. Taste is full, tart, roasty malts, very fleshy, oaky, typical expectations of an alvinne old brown , all be it surprisingly malt forward and less sour than expected. Could use a bit more body perhaps.

Borefts XI. Day 2. Keg. Hazy orange amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, pretty dry, fine carbonation. Pleasantly tart red wine with nice juicy orange and lemon. Comes together well. Sour but never acid. Very drinkable.

Sensory Session #35: cloudy, brownish-amber color and a white head. Nice nose of balsamico vinegar, woody, vinous, Apple vinegar, sour. Taste follows the nose with nice tannine. Short and dry finish.

Lecker!

Bottle at home. Hazy mahogany with deep beige head. Wow, lots of grapes, overripe raspberries, dry oak, mint, bread crust that was in the oven too long, balsamico, hay, almonds. Quite sour, medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Very nice!

Small yellowish rim over fully hazy foxy brown beer. Old barrels, but also solvent, putty, wood. Mushrooms, meaty esters; lactic acid and fruitacids. Some chocolate and again old (wine)barrels. Acidthinning and -burn, rather still. Rather good sour ale, but better exists.
