15/VIII/20 - 75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering Summer 2020, BB: n/a, Lot nr: 20191002 (2020-765) Thanks to 77ships for sharing the bottle!
Little cloudy blond cider, yellowish big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of CO2, very fruity, lots of fresh apples, apple skin, very nice stuff! MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, lots of fresh apples, some apple skin, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: lots of apple juicy, more apple skin, some tannins.
