Für das dunkle Heinzlein wird ein Teil des Malzes bei sehr großer Hitze getrocknet und ähnlich wie Kaffee geröstet. So entstehen die kräftigen und leicht bitteren Röstaromen, die ihm seine besondere Note verleihen. Für uns ist das dunkle Heinzlein die Urform des Bamberger Kaffees. Es ist untergärig gebraut und hat einen niedrigen Stammwürzegehalt.

Drunk after a huge day: grouting, installing heaters, putting the kitchen sink back together. Pretty successful day. Medium brown from the bottle, nice head. Nose is pretty mild, slight maltiness and earthy hints. Very prickly on the tongue somehow, tiny bit of roasted grain and some earthy bitterness, maybe a hint of citrus. Thin body, better than your average alkfrei with its ~1%. Good amount of bitterness. Decent low alc beer!

Flaska från Bierothek. Bärnstensfärgad klar vätska med medelhögt stabilt smutsvitt skum. Lätt kropp, torr trots söt smakbild. Bröd, sirap, malt, lite kryddor. Det blir inte jättekul med då lätt kropp, men ok iaf
