Broumy are a semi-dark 12° Plato lager, whose recipe was created by Martin Matuška. It was brewed for the first time for the 10th anniversary of our brewery and since the beer was quite popular, we have decided to brew it again.

Tap at Maly pivo. Med body, med-light carbom medium bitterness, medium sweetness. Malt-forward, with moderate caramel, toasted bread. Background hops, hint of grass. Very classic polotmavy, drinkabke, good, even if not my favourite style.

Lahev (750 ml): Copper coloured, a bit unclear, medium-sized firm off-white head, mild to moderate sweetish-bitter aroma of grains and (dark?) malt with a mild, but well detectable spicy-hoppy (Saazy?) background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, soft; getting slightly drier and hoppier towards the malty-bitter finish. V pořádku…

Tap at 2K. Coppery amber, light body. Lasting off white head. Sweetish, caramelly aroma, light grapes. Lean, light, watery caramelly-dark bread-herbal taste. Brown sugar touches - taste-wise, not sweet. It's dry. Drinkable, okay, clean, meh.

Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, pale amber colored. AROMA- toasted malts, flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, dry finish, bitter, toasted malts, flowery tones, woody. Medium bodied. Not bad.

# 1650; 11/2019. Aroma of roasted malt, spicy. Hazy amber color, long lasting head. Balanced taste, roasted malt, spicy, slightly herbal and nuts. Very good czech amber lager. 0,3 l, bottle, beershop, Prague.
