For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

Bottled from de Molen. Slight hazy orange color, a lot of tiny yeast particles floating around. Aroma is very hoppy, almost medicinal, leafy hop nose. Slight biscuity malts. Dry taste, very bitter, pretty sweet as well. Quite typical american styled IIPA. Almost astringent bitterness.

Slightly hazy orange color, slight yeast particals in it. Nice 1,5cm white head. Smell very hoppy, very very bitter and nice fruityness. Taste the same, very good. Very nice carbo, though a little high I feel. Nonetheless a very good beer.

Bottle from Havnens, Vejle
Unfortunately bottled in August 2010, 10 months old, ugh
Cloudy golden color; small head. Hoppy aroma, fruity, but also with the creamy and earthy touch of old IPAs. Good toffee flavor with evident earthy (manure) character; strong hopping, with god resins and some fruits, leading to a long final.
Good but probably unfresh.

8/12/10/13/5/12
