Tap at Dno Pytle at the Raven TTO. Opaque pink pour, off-white head. First off there was some weird touch in the aroma on top of the strawberries and some lactic sourness, but with time (and prolly warming) it was gone. Tastewise it was pretty nice, a big, somewhat sweet fruity kick, strawberries all over nicely balanced with a moderate lactic sourness, some spicy touch to it too. Closes with a long lasting, somewhat tart and fruity finish, has a light body and soft to average carbonation.

Tap at Dno Pytle. Misty pinkish body, white head. Huh... the very first impression of this was... less than impressive, highly subdued taste, a mild eggy whiff in the aroma, very little strawberries - but I guessed correctly that it was just served waaay too cold. Just a few degrees warmer, this started to shine. I've seen personally how the fruit is prepared for their strawberry sour before - so this is the real thing, and the beauty of the extra strawberries showed in this one. Huge creamy strawberries backed by some rhubarb in the lean taste, very much elegant. An excellent kettle sour once it breathes a little.
