Summer Ale is a summer beer with higher bitterness, light color and a stable foam, which was achieved by adding a bit of wheat malt. The aroma is dominated by American hops of which we used quite a lot.

Tap at RJ. Med-thin body, moderate carbonation. Malt in the background, light honeyish maltiness. Lots of clean crisp hops character, exotic, citrusy. Easy drinking, very tasty, very good.

Tap at Dva Kohouti. Hazy full yellow body, light white head. Light aroma, hoppy, mostly lemongrass. Lean taste, light tangerine (Sabro popping up), light lemongrass, fresh, lean, light and nice. A good summer ale, not much more.
