Představujeme Vám naše nové pivo a to nový pivní styl - New England IPA, který pochází ze severovýchodu USA, kde se tento pivní styl poprvé objevil. My jsme jako dominantní chmel použili úplně nový chmel Sabro, který je naprosto úžasný. V chuti i vůni dominují výrazné tóny kokosu a ananasu.

From tap at Zlý Časy, Prague, after seeing The Secret by Smetana at the National Theatre 26.06.25. Murky straw colour. Aroma and taste of peach, apricot, papaya, herbs and white pepper. Solid citrus bitterness and mango sweetness in aftertaste.

(Draught at Zlý Casy, Prague, 20 July 2023) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grass, lemon, grapefruit, peaches, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Very nice.

Tap at Danubeer 2021. Hazy orange color with medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mainly oranges, coconut. Sabro is well pronounced in taste, nice, refreshing, light coconut.

On tap at Bad Flash Krymska, Prague. Hazy orange, large white head. Hoppy, fruity, some coconut, some peach, tropical. Smooth. No bitterness. Not that sweet.

Tap at Zly casy. Med-thin body, moderate sweetness, med-low carbonation. Loads of tangerine going on, up to the point of making it feel slightly weird. Slightly over-ripe character too. I would like more complexity, or at least a bit more bitterness, which is low. Feels like a tangerine juice more or less. Drinkable, but I am not impressed.

Tap at Bad Flash Krymská. Deep murky-orange body (not really NEIPA-ish but okay), off white head. Huge sweetish aroma, tangerine going towards coconut, then some peach ice tea, then some malty undertones. Tropical taste, coconut notes, smooth, lean, lovely really, sweetish, not much of a finish, great stuff though!
