Kolaborační várka pivovaru Clock a létajícího pivovaru Falkon v belgickém střihu se studeným chmelením australskou odrůdou Galaxy.
Světle zlatá barva, bílá pěna. Kořenité aroma, které se mísí s vůní tropického ovoce a alkoholem. Hluboce prokvašené lehké tělo a vyšší říz. Alkoholová linka propojuje kořenité tóny Tripelu a ovocnost chmele Galaxy, který je použitý na studené chmelení.
20% EPM.
Složení: Voda, ječný slad (plzeňský), chmel (Summit, ŽPČ, Galaxy), cukr. Svrchně kvašeno.

Bottle from Pivný raj Dear lord. This is boozy as f c k. Very welcome warmth in these cold days. But yes. This bastard has high voltage and does not really try to hide it.

Tap at Malý/Velký. Hazy golden body. Pear-apple esters in the aroma mixing with spicy phenolic notes, sweetish. Spicy phenolic taste, in a good way, liiight coconut, some alcohol, sweetish, interesting almost woody notes. Overall, quite nice!

Tap at RJ. Clear golden colour, moderately stable white head. Absolutely classic tripel, which however in turn means not my favourite. Classic spicy character with a pinch of green apples. True to style.

Draught @ Beer Geek Bar, Prague. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Yeast, grains and rotten fruit. Banana and bubblegum. Dry bitter finish.

"Handbottled" at Zlý časy. A bit cloudy, light gold colored. AROMA- sweet, apples, wooden barrel, spice, honey, vanilla, some alcohol. FLAVOR- sweet, smooth, interesting and very pleasant bitterness in finish, apples, citrus, spice, warming alcohol. Full bodied.
