Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Lambik O Droom. ABV noted at 6.0%. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with moderate acidity, notes of pale wood, dried grass, tangerine. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, mellow citric pucker, more pale woody dryness, nips of grassy bitterness. Very drinkable, refined and rounded.

Bottle, 375ml corked. An unclear orange-goldem colored beer with close to no head. More or less no carbonation either. Funky, fruity aroma, with peach hints, leather, barnyard and some bready pale malts. It's medium bodied, tart and pleasantly carbonated, with grapes, gooseberry and peach flavors. Some grass, hay and bread, and a good dash of funk. Leather, barnyard and horse blanket hints. Lasting finish. Goes down super-easily, but it ain't the most complex 3F beer I've had. 231201

Bottle 375ml @ yngwie. Pours hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, citrus, funk, barnyard and horseblanket. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long slightly dry, tart and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver, corked; N.41 2021, bottled 07/04/2021, 6.9% ABV
Hazy blond colour, not much head. Aroma of funk, cheese, sweet wood sap. Soft mouthfeel, low carbonation; candied orange, citron, moderate acidity; some astringency.
Not worth the price, but very good.

750ml shared with Alex (thx, for the bottle!) and Farees @ Ryan's after crazy several weeks helping wife with her business. Blend #41, season 20 - 21. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, minerals, some fruity and oak notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: quite good, but definitely not worth the asked price.

Poured from 750mL bottle (no. 41 season 20/21 - bottled 07/04/2021). Hazy gold with minimal white head. Funky, enjoyable, dry, but not worth the cost.

Pours deep gold into a tumbler. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Tart summer pit fruit and golden syrup aromas. Medium bodied with tart grapefruit, white balsamic, lemon pith and earthy oak front to back. Lasting dry, earthy pith finish.

Absolute top notch beer. Perfect blend. Darker amber color than the usually geuze. Full body, full flavour, classic. Bottle from their brewery, 1.5 years old

Tart, sour, fruity. Low carbonation, not quite flat but close. Funk, citrus, dry wood, smooth, low acidity. Nice but a bit underwhelming.
