Perfect Storm is an absurdly hopped rendition of Super Typhoon; the most kingly and intense of our weather series! Featuring boatloads of Simcoe & Citra hops, perfect storm pours a glowing orange in the glass and carries flavors and aromas of earthy citrus, cantaloupe, papaya, and strawberry banana. Perfect Storm’s hop leanings are more intense and resinous, with tongue coating fruity hop oils and a firm, lingering bitterness. This one will evolve beautifully in the can with time and reveal layers of additional complexity through cold conditioning.

Can (2/6/20) pour from the brewery, Charlton. Appearance is vibrant yellow-orange orange juice with decent sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-plus foamy white head with good retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is strong candied fruit, milder citrus, Taste is as aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with silky smooth, frothy texture, soft-to-average carbonation, mild pleasant alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, good strength to the aroma and taste, though not that complex; superior appearance and mouthfeel.

Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, sweet mango, peaches, papaya, some citrus notes, passion fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, juicy, mango, nice bitterness, some grapefruit, bit resinous. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, bit dank, bit sugary, soft hop burn, some pineapple, nice bitterness.

Pours deep murky pear into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Pear and mango aromas. Sweet with guava, papaya and melon upfront turning to dry sweet honey in the medium length finish. Pretty sweet this one.

Typikal trihaus. O tyle nietypikal moze, ze poza owockami sporo lesnych, szpilkowych klimatow. Nieco granulatowe. Ewidentnie chlalne. Goryczki nie ma raczej. Bdb+++

16oz can pours a pulpy gold, white head. Nose has big fruit, guava and pineapple, melon too. Vanilla on the nose flows into the mouth too, where it's thick with fruit and smoothie, melon and pineapple and mango. Oats here too. Creamy finish.
