In our Froawetsap series we always propose new hop varieties on the same recipe basis.
This Froawetsap contains barley malt, oats, wheat and hops, a lot of hops!
For this one we used Sultana (Denali) and HBC 692.
Formerly known as Denali, Sultana is a hop known for its pineapple, citrus and pine notes.
HBC 692 is a new hop that has not yet been given a name. You can recognize this hop by the following flavors: grapefruit, floral aroma, stone fruit, potpourri, pine.
Enjoy this beer, and do it quickly! A NEIPA is at its best when fresh.

7/VI/20 - 33cl bottle from the brewery (online order), shared @ home, BB: IV/2021, bottled: IV/2020 (2020-479)
Little cloudy dark orange to amber beer, big creamy dense off-white head, very stable, continuously fed by lots of bubbles in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, tropical fruits, citrus, oranges, mango, pineapple. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, very juicy, lemon zest, oranges, some passion fruits, nice bitterness. Aftertaste: grapefruit, zesty, juicy, lemon, fruity, acidic touch, nice bitterness, tropical fruits, very bitter finish, dank hops, good beer, great stuff going on here!
Paired very well with breakfast burritos!
