A powerful smooth strong ale to suit all tastes. Monkey Wrench is mid brown to ruby in hue with aromas of fruit hops malt and roast malt together with some sweetness.

Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured a brown color with ruby highlights and a small khaki head that faded quickly. The aroma was light sour malts and fruity hops. The flavor was malty, vaguely sour and tangy with a light caramel element. The mouthfeel was a bit thin and watery.

Bottle, 5.3%. Slightly spicy aroma, some sewer. Clear dark chestnut colour. Acidic flavour, but nicely malty. Roasted aftertaste.

Poured a maple brown with a white head from the bottle. Initial aroma was sugary sweet and malty. Taste was surprisingly pleasant, roasted malt, brown sugar, a little bit of orange citrus. Finish is clean, not at all bitter. I can’t imagine anyone would dislike this beer.

Completely clear brown pour with no real head to speak of - aroma of roasted nuts and caramel - light fruity esters, some cocoa and hazelnut in the flavor - kind of a bready, yeasty finish - decent - if it weren’t filtered and pasturized it would probably be a lot better.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, light brown beer with a small, off-white head. Aroma of nuts. Medium-bodied with vinous, almost sherry like accents. Nuts and caramel in the flavour and a short, dry finish. Very delicate. 130806

Pour is a ruby red with no head. Aroma is malty and dark fruit like a plum. Flavor is malty and strong. Lots of dark fruits and stong hops make this beer one to look for. Strange name but lots of flavor make this one to find.

Bottled. Chestnut red low head and condition. Fruity raisin nose with a roast barley hint. Fruitcake and toast in the mouth and a swet malty finish. Doesn`t seem as strong as the abv suggests.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Nice redorange colour. OK aroma and nice flavor. Very bitter finish. Oily palate.

An amber beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel - and so is the flavor.

Bottle. I am with imdownthepub on this beer. Mahogany colour with a cream head. Dark fruits and malt on nose (black cherry) good malty flavours with some chocolate but mostly caramel and nice hop to balance. Not too sweet for a beer of this strength and very nice indeed
