"Dreiunddreißig", das "Klosterpils" aus Scheyern, Fläschchen aus dem dortigen Klosterladen, daheim geöffnet. - Helles Goldgelb, blank ("kristallhell" sagt das Etikett); übermäßiger Schaum. - In der Nase die sortentypische, schlanke und frisch-herbe zitronig-grasige Hopfung, angenehm knackig und doch nicht zu herb. - Antrunk schlank aber weich mit blassem hellen Malz und feiner, vornehm zitroniger und hopfenwürziger Hopfung, die durchaus traditionell ausfällt - zum Einsatz kam ein "Hallertauer Hopfenquartett" aus Opal, Hercules, Tradition und Hersbrucker - aber doch reizvoller als üblich. Kaum süß. Milder rezent, schlank. Im Abgang begleiten gediegene Hopfenaromen die trockene Bittere des Hercules. - Sehr schönes, gediegenes Pils! (19.4.2025.)

Bottle at the Klosterschenke Brewery Sunday 21st July 2019 after a 21mile cycle ride from Attenkirchen. Very light silvery/gold with a white head, good clarity. Nice bitter bite, dry finish, good fruity beer, clean and crisp. Btw my beer is clearly called Dreiund Dreissig

Gourmet-Flascherl: Pale golden, clear, slowly collapsing medium-sized white head; traces of vegetables in the dryish fruity-herbal nose, some malty traces presumably detectable; light bodied and soft, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; slightly lingering herbal-bitter and pale-malty finish. A decent one with a less than mediocre aroma...

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Slightly doughy malty nose with hints of white bread, backed by cautious notes of herbal and grassy hops. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather calm carbonation. Slightly mineralic malty taste with subtle fruity notes, white bread and a whiff of herbal hops; sweet-bitter, slightly hoppy and mineralic finish. Decent Bavarian Pils. 13.II.18
