(Draught at En Öl- och Spritmässa, Stockholm, 7 Oct 2023) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity nose with bread, herbs, coriander and hay. Fruity taste with notes of bread, hay, citrus, herbs, yeast and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

330ml shared with Ryan. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: Belgian yeast esters l with a bit of the cleaning liquid notes. Taste: along the same lines with notes of the jarred rainier cherry aftertaste. Overall: an interesting one.

Poured from 330mL bottle (bb 25-10-2023). Lightly hazy blonde with small white head. Gentle esters and Belgian yeast, feint grass notes. Enjoyable.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a solid and lacing, white head. Sweet banana aroma, typical Belgian yeast. Medium body, sweet fruity, quite fizzy, estery with some not so pleasant phenols and a surprisingly bitter finish. The nose is the best part. 270722

Grumligt mörkgul med tjockt skum. Doft av belgisk jäst och skumbanan. Smakar belgisk jäst, kryddpeppar, skumbanan och marsipan. Besk avslutning med aningen alkohol. Helt ok.

Bottle at Stångs Magasin. Hazy golden body, big white head. Harbal, spicy, citric aroma, light banana - Belgian yeast, hops, some malt, nice! Lean, clean taste, prickly, sweet fruity notes, brown sugar, big carbonation, herbal bitterish finish. Good stuff indeed, like a modern Belgian.
