'U.S.Amber’ is exactly what it says, a U.S. hopped Amber Ale. Brewed using 6 varieties of malted barley including Red Rye Crystal to provide some bread & nutty notes whilst a combination of Azacca, Cascade & Chinook hops provides flavour and aromas of Citrus, Mango & Pine.

[Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence.] A bright amber pour with a tight white head; malty aroma; sweet malty taste with a herbal bitterness; and some toffee to finish.
