Bottle. Color: Pale golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity, sourish, funky yeast notes. Taste: Medium tart, and lightly sweet, fruity with notes of white grapes, gooseberries, lime and hints of sour apple. Vinuous, white wine. Notes of wood and funk. Dry-ish mouthfeel, Champagne hints. Medium body, average carbonation. Very refreshing. Going towards a Geuze beer. Another very nice Nevel beer, this time in collaboration with Frontaal.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is white wine, funky, dough. Taste is white wine, barrel funk, dough, quite balanced. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good!

Golden colour with light haze. Aroma has nice funk and sour, sharp fruits. Flavour is pleasantly tart. Really light and smooth. Very well balanced.
