Com o equilíbrio perfeito entre lúpulos e malte, aroma a citrinos e frutos tropicais, esta Session IPA é mais uma colaboração entre as cervejeiras de Marvila (Bolina, Dois Corvos, Lince e Musa) que durante a quarentena não baixaram os braços e produziram uma cerveja para libertar quando os tempos assim o permitissem.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A-session). Bottle 33 cl - Batch LH2010 (BBF DEZ.2020). AROMA: medium hop aroma with a citrus character (lime, grapefruit). medium-low sour background with a neutral character (lactic-like). APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. large white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium hop flavor (lime, grapefruit), followed by a medium-low acidic flavor. neutral malt background with a slight sweet character. high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. too bitter for a session ipa. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with high carbonation. OVERALL: a session IPA with an odd acidic character (contamination?) and a bit unbalanced on the bitterness.

Dark orange colour with a big off-white head. Medium retention. Aroma is grainy, soft fruity and yeasty. Taste is yeasty and malty with a slightly hop finish. High carbonation.
