1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varietals of apricots from the Rhône Valley in France and fresh passion fruit from Sicily. After a few years of smuggling passion fruit in suitcases from places far away, we got in touch with Antonino in Sicily. He’s a young farmer who started growing passion fruit a few years ago. Under the southern Italian sun, Antonino grows passion fruit until they’re fully ripened on the vines, to reach the best organoleptic quality. Blended with apricots it makes a very refreshing summer blend.

Very heavy on the apricot and passion fruit. Ultimately gets slightly too mouthpuckering sour for me though so very happy I shared this.

Bottle at Chris’ Birthday Bash 🎉 golden with little ring head. Passionfruit, apricot, stonefruit sour, pretty sharp, light funk. Medium body and soft carbonation. Pretty rough for a Bokke.

Bottle shared at kermis' birthday tasting. Almost clear golden with white head. Passion fruit up front, apricots,light sulphur, sour grains, light funk, lemon, light herbal. Quite sour, light sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Nice but has a bit weird sulphur/garbage smell.

Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of big fresh apricot, tart apricot, passion fruit very present but not overwhelming with a nice soft funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours unclear blonde. Smell is very full, apricot up front. Mild passion fruit. Taste is sharp, intense, apricot in the very best way imagineable. Passion fruit remains very mild. Barely recognizable, but providing balance, uniqueness and complexity. Medium high carbo, which is close to the only imperfect thing in this amazing beer.
