Very bitter. Very light in body. IPA’s are known to be overly hopped and very bitter. We have used a variety of hops in this beer to hit the bittering an IPA needs. With sticking to tradition we wanted to make this taste as fresh as possible. With a bitter punch, this beer should give you a fruity taste with an even bigger fruitier aroma.

33cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. A golden amber pour with a thick cream head; malty aroma; smooth malty taste; with a lemony citrus bitterness, and a malty finish. Not really an IPA.

Bottle from Bernie’s Real Ale Off Licence, Solihull. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, citrus, light metallic hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a dry, mineral, metallic, light spicy hop palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.
