Indian Spiced Saison: Dry, bright and elegant saison with estery fruit top notes and very low bitterness. With a hint of lemon juice and a small dry hop from complimentary hops. Fermented with northern French saison yeast and highly attenuated to provide a crisp finish.

[33cl bottle from Beer52,] A straw coloured pour with a thin white head; slight whiff of stale urine, so true to the saison style; grassy body with a light herbal taste; and straw-like bitterness to finish. A wishy-washy saison.

Big frothy white head on light lemon coloured body. Zesty herbal aroma. Medium bodied sparkling to the fore with a clean back. Fresh tastes of lemon, zest, outdoors & spices

A crisp, dry saison with a little and zesty hop under a spicy aroma but with a slightly watery body. Not a bad floral aftertaste but there's just not enough to recommend going out of your way for it though it's not too shabby for the strength.

330ml bottle; BB 1st Oct 2019. Drank at home on 28th Nov 2018. Mini haze to the golden pour, decent sized white crown that hung around. Light yeasty aroma with citrus fruit esters alongside. Taste slightly yeasty and again with a citrus fruit leaning, mild herbal notes within the semi-bitter, semi-tart hop flavours; malts in the background.
