Bottle. Dark brown color. caramel in the slightly herbal aroma. Thinnish. caramelly soft roasty, malty sweet flavor. Hint of apple syrup. Drinkable but unexciting bock.

Draught (PINT Bokbier Festival 2015, Amsterdam) - Dark brown with red tinges. Raisins, blackcurrant and caramel in the aroma. Fruity and malty taste with blackcurrant, raisins and cocoa detected.

On tap at PINT Bokbierfestival 2015. Clear, dark red with a creamy, tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of raisins, prunes and brown sugar. Sweetish-malty taste of raisins, prunes and brown sugar with slight notes of calvados. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice.

On tap at PINT Bokbierfestival ’15. Reddish brown colour, off-white head. Aroma is very sweet, red fruits, roosvicee, caramel, yeast. Flavour is sweet, sticky, caramel, roosvicee, plain and boring imho. Light bodied.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Opaque brownish color, medium sized quickly diminishing beige head. Smell and taste malts, sourish, rotting leaves, a distant sweetness. Unfresh and not good at all.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy red brown colour with a medium sized beige head. Smells malts, sour, herbs and spices, liquorice. Tastes like you would expect from the smell, with a bit of cinnamon. Medium body, medium carbo.
