Unclear amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and sour. Flavor is sour and light acidic. Watery and thin bodied. Infected. This was actually my first infected beer, but there has been quite a few since then. 250406

On tap “ the brewpub. Hazy amber body with a decent white head. Aroma is mild malt, some caramel and light fruity hops. Flavor is refreshing, light malty and light bitter citrus hoppy. A rather light thirst-quencher, but decent. I thing I might got the not-infected batch.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a bubbly, dissipating off-white head. Lichtly acidic, oxidized aroma. Thin and sloppy body, very sour and completely lacking any feel of malt. Clearly infected. If I thought Søgaard could do better, I would like to re-rate this, but I doubt they can. You guys really hit the deepest low with this.....beer. 290806

Tap, Madam Ale
Fruit (apricot, melon), phenol and minerals. Cloudy orange, low white head. Phenolic fruit, yeast. Light body. Shame about the fuseloils.

A hazy amber beer with a small white head. The aroma is of butter and diacethyl while the flavor is malty with notes of caramel and butter. And the body is thin.
